Deliveries :
Delivery is free for orders of $150 or more, otherwise the charge is $15. Packages will be shipped via our carrier or Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, Fedex via Parcels service.
Our merchandise travels at the recipient's risk. At the time of delivery, we advise you to check the goods. This inspection is considered to have been carried out as soon as you, or any other person authorized by you, has signed the delivery note or accepted the package. If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or open, you must check that it contains your entire order in good condition. If this is not the case, it is your responsibility to refuse the parcel from the carrier.
Return policy:
No refunds.
Exchange or credit note only.
You have 5 days to return an item. We do not accept the return of items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. Products must be in their original condition and packaged as received, with all tags still attached. For reasons of hygiene, no returns on stethoscopes.
Returns must be made in-store, otherwise you assume all costs. We do not accept packages sent collect. You must first contact us via [email protected] to receive a return authorization number and include it in the package along with a detailed note explaining the reasons for the return before sending an item back.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All items are subject to inspection upon receipt before a replacement or credit note is issued. We reserve the right to refuse any non-conforming return. A $10.00 handling charge will be applied to each returned item.
If the return is not accepted by Customer Service, the purchaser will not be able to exercise his right of return and will therefore have to keep his product without the possibility of being reimbursed or benefiting from a credit note. If the return is refused by Customer Service and the purchaser sends it back, he/she will not be reimbursed. If the buyer wishes to use the unduly returned product again, he/she must send a request by email or post to Uniforme expert inc, who will then send the product as soon as possible. Reshipment costs will be charged to the buyer and payable in advance by credit card.
