Your order will only be delivered after payment has been received.

Shipping is free for orders of $99 or more, otherwise the fee is a fixed $15. Packages will be shipped via our courier or Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, or FedEx via Parcels.

We offer a 5-day exchange policy. Upon presentation of the original receipt, you can return your purchase if it is in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags in place for an exchange or credit. For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted for stethoscopes and earhoscopes.
