Shipping and Returns
Deliveries:
Delivery is free for orders of $99 or more; otherwise, a flat rate of $15 applies in major centers. If you are in a regional area or outside major cities, we will provide you with the delivery cost before sending your order. Packages will be shipped via our delivery service or Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, Fedex via the Parcelz service.
Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient. Upon delivery, we recommend checking the merchandise. This verification is considered complete once you, or any other person authorized by you, has signed the delivery receipt or accepted the package. If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, or open, you must verify that it contains the entirety of your order in good condition. Otherwise, you should refuse the package from the carrier.
Return Policy:
No refunds.
Exchange or store credit only.
You have 5 days to return an item. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Products must be in their original condition and packaged as received, with all tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, no returns on stethoscopes.
Returns are done in-store; otherwise, you bear all costs, and we do not accept packages sent freight collect. You must first contact us via info@uniforme-expert.com to receive a return authorization number and include it in the package with a detailed note explaining the reasons for the return before sending an item back.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Before sending you a replacement or store credit, all items are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any non-conforming return. A $10.00 handling fee will be applied to each returned item.
If the return is not accepted by Customer Service, the buyer will not be able to exercise their right of return and will therefore have to keep their product without the possibility of a refund or credit. If the return is refused by Customer Service and the buyer sends it back, they will not be refunded. If the buyer wishes to re-enjoy their unduly returned product, they must make a request by email or mail to Uniforme expert inc, who will then send the product as soon as possible. Reshipping costs will be borne by the buyer and payable in advance by credit card.
